Aims

1. and the respective biogeography. 

2. To promote the community sense by contributing to solve collective issues such as agriculture, livestock and job sources with the intrinsic participation of  children, youth and adults in the solving process.

3. To coordinate activities with state or private institutions with shared objectives and purposes.

4. To channel grants for training human resources and building facilities that will contribute to auto-development and collective benefit. 

5. To organize and to promote new socio-economical mechanisms  that may allow to the participant groups a higher yield of their efforts, land utilization and derived products. 

6. To promote the family integration as base for the communities' development through projects that supports the participant families, especially homeless children, single mothers and widows, unemployeds or under-employeds.

7. To promote the media (communication and information) relevant to the active geographic areas of the PERA.
